This time, ZAG brings together art and care. In collaboration with our partners Kormotech and Delickcious, we are creating an event where meanings go beyond the gallery space and continue in real life.
We invite you to the lecture
“HE and THEY: Animals in the World of Taras Shevchenko” —
a conversation about humans, art, and the living world that exists alongside us.
This is an opportunity to look at Taras Shevchenko as an artist for whom images of animals are not incidental details, but essential elements of his visual language.
The lecture will be of interest to anyone who seeks to better understand Shevchenko as an artist and discover new meanings within his visual legacy.

• visit to the exhibition “HE: Taras Shevchenko. The Artist”
Guests of the lecture will have priority access to the gallery from 18:00, allowing time to visit the exhibition before the lecture begins.
All proceeds from the lecture will be donated to the Shelter for Rescued Animals.
